I’ve spent fifteen years learning that the trick is the easy part. The real part is the moment right after. The gasp. The laugh. The way a room of grown-ups suddenly looks at each other like kids again.
That’s the actual job. Not magic for its own sake, but wonder. The kind most of us forgot we were allowed to feel. Whether it’s twelve guests at a villa dinner or a thousand people at a conference, I’m there to give them a moment they’re still talking about a week later.
Fifteen years, television in a dozen countries, the big cruise ships, and corporate stages in the thousands. All of it pointed at the same thing: the moment of real connection. The look people exchange when something happens they can’t explain, and they all feel it together.
