Retreat entertainment that runs through the whole programme.
Most retreat entertainment is a bolt-on nobody remembers. This is the thread through the whole thing: the arrival icebreaker, the team session everyone actually joins, the final-night show.

Hans Grane is one booking for the whole retreat instead of three acts to coordinate: retreat entertainment in the Caribbean for leadership offsites, incentive trips and multi-day programs at villas and resorts. He covers the arc, a close-up icebreaker on arrival night, a hands-on team session, and the final-night show. Based in Barbados, working across every island. Fifteen years of doing this, a hundred nights a year.

A short reel beats any description. This is what the night actually looks like.
What you get
One booking, the whole retreat
- Arrival night: close-up magic that melts a room of colleagues into a group
- A daytime team session where everyone learns and performs real magic, no cringe
- The final-night show as the peak the whole retreat builds toward
- Works in a villa living room or a resort ballroom. No stage, no production crew
- One performer to brief instead of three vendors to manage

Send the date and the occasion. The night, the place, and what you are celebrating. That is all I need to check the calendar and start thinking about your room.
We build the evening in one call. I ask about your schedule, your people, and the stories inside the company. Then I refine everything until the show fits so well your guests assume I have been with the company for years.
Show time. Everything is ready before I walk in: your people, the timing, the moments that land. You get to enjoy your own event. And when your colleagues ask how you pulled it off, take the credit.
Best for: leadership offsites, incentive trips, brand retreats and multi-day programs at Caribbean villas and resorts.

Retreat entertainment FAQ
Which islands and venues does this work for?
All of them. Hans is based in Barbados and works across the Caribbean: villas, boutique hotels and resort ballrooms. If your retreat is on an island, he can be there.
Does a villa work, or do we need a venue?
A villa living room is ideal. Close-up magic and the parlour show need no stage, no AV and no setup. For bigger resort groups, the basic AV every ballroom has is enough.
Can one booking cover several days?
Yes, and it usually should. A typical retreat takes the icebreaker on arrival night, the team session mid-program, and the show on the final evening. One brief, one performer, the whole arc.
How big a group?
Close-up and team sessions from 10 people. The show scales from a living room to a few hundred in a ballroom.
Is it in English?
The show works in English or Norwegian, and a coin vanishing reads the same in every language, so it works for any nationality at the table.
How far ahead should we book?
Retreat season peaks December to April and those weeks go first. Send the dates as early as you have them.
